What should I do if the candidate’s secondary camera gets disconnected during the exam?

If the secondary camera disconnects during the exam, the candidate’s primary device's screen will switch to a prompt or notification indicating the disconnection. The candidate must follow the instructions on reconnecting the secondary camera by rescanning the QR code. Once the connection is reestablished, the candidate can resume the exam.

You will receive a notification when the secondary camera is disconnected, and the candidate’s secondary camera screen will go blank.
