Can the Proctor Admin add more number of proctors once the event is scheduled and published?

After scheduling the event, the total number of proctors assigned remains fixed and cannot be altered. However, it is feasible to replace one proctor with another, provided the overall proctor count remains unchanged. Additional proctors cannot be introduced once the event is scheduled.
