What to make sure:
Your login email ID should be your designated official email address.
The email ID and username email should not have any differences in upper and lower cases.
Kindly note that the user ID is case-sensitive. Hence, any change in the login email address will result in a 404 Error message.
Example of valid login credentials:
Email ID: user@talview.com
Platform email: user@talview.com
Once the request is submitted, access will be provided within 24-48 Hours.
