This particular concern may arise under specific circumstances when the application fails to capture your voice accurately. To successfully complete the Hardware test stage, kindly follow the prescribed steps outlined below.

  1. Adjust the system volume to a high level to ensure optimal audio recording.

  2. During the Hardware Test, enunciate clearly into the microphone until you have finished articulating the designated phrase.

  3. Ensure that there are no extraneous background noises present while undertaking the exam/test. Select a tranquil environment for accessing the exam/test.

  4. Upon audio playback, confirm that your own voice is distinctly audible and adequately clear.

  5. Additionally, ensure the closure of any multimedia applications such as Skype on your system before commencing the exam/test.

  6. It is strongly recommended to refrain from using mobile earphones for voice recording. Instead, utilize the built-in microphone of the device or employ suitable headphones equipped with a microphone.

  7. While recording responses, position the microphone at a minimum distance of 5 to 10 centimeters from the mouth to capture speech with utmost clarity.

By adhering to these guidelines, you can mitigate potential obstacles and accomplish the Hardware test stage seamlessly. If the problem continues to persist, please don't hesitate to call our support team on the support number.
